Ken Everingham is the president of KFE Consulting, located in Santa Fe, NM, which provides training and organizational development services in the areas of management/leadership, team effectiveness, performance, creativity and innovation, process improvement, Myers-Briggs, and strategic planning.
Ken has more than 30 years experience in training, organizational development, and human resources. He began his career as a counselor and instructor at Northland Pioneer College in Holbrook, Arizona after completing a master’s degree in counseling from George Mason University in Virginia. Returning to the Washington DC area, he counseled students at American University and George Washington University on their career decisions and assisted them with marketing their backgrounds via job search workshops. After completing a second master’s degree in Human Resource Development, Ken moved into the training, OD, and human resources field working in the financial, telecommunication, defense, and consulting industries in the DC Metro area. Moving to Tucson, AZ in 2004, he worked in a variety of training and organizational development capacities with Pima County Superior Court, Tucson Medical Center, Raytheon Missile Systems, Tucson Electric Power, University of Arizona, and Pima Community College.
Ken is also Past President, Greater Tucson Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). He is currently a Board Member, Association for Talent Development – New Mexico Chapter.
